The management & staff of United Managed Care, Alzheimer's Support, cordially invites you to our 3rd Annual Dinner event to be held on October 28th , at the Lauderdale Lakes Moose Lodge Chapter 2267, located at 6191 Rock Island Road, Tamarac, FL 33319 at 7: PM.

Guest speaker for the evening, will be the most sought after, Jamaican-born, United States Federal Judge, the Hon Norman O. Hemming.

We sincerely hope you will join us at this evening dining, information, and entertainment as we pursue our mission of providing respite and recognition for the often-overworked Caregivers.
